Natural Bliss absolutely will not violate your privacy by selling or trading your information, your personal information will remain our best kept secret. The only information we will collect is the information necessary to complete your order. Before your payment method is completed your name, address and email will be requested, this is used for shipment purposes and will always remain confidential by Natural Bliss. All your transactions are processed using secure communication standards such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. This is used to protect your personal information from third parties. You should always make sure that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption and the appropriate browser functions are set.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through Paypal for all USA and international purchases. We also accept USPS, MoneyGram & Western Union money orders from customers in the USA. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
PURCHASING & CANCELLATIONS
Before you decide to purchase from us make sure that you have read the ingredients and agree with our price. We have provided a brief summary about each product and have described it as accurately as possible. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment.
TAXES
We charge 7% tax to Georgia residents only.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All of our products are made in small batches and may not always be available for purchase. If at any instance you have purchased an out of stock before we listed it as so, you will be notified. Please tell us how you wish this to be handled. You could wait until it becomes available, trade it for something of equal value, ask for store credit or get a full refund.
PROCESSING TIME
We will prepare all items as soon as possible for shipment within the next day of purchase. Since all of our products are handmade and packaged, please allow up to 3 days for shipment on all oils, butters, scrubs and bar soaps. All of our water based products such as, body lotion, hand and hair cream is made after purchase, depending on our volume of orders it may take up to 5 days before shipment.
SHIPPING
All shipping within the United States are given the option of USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
We use USPS for shipping on U.S. Territories, such as: Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, American Samoa and Puerto Rico.
All international shipments have the option to use USPS or UPS.
In warmer climates the body and hair butters may arrive to you melted. This only affects the appearance of the product, but does not affect the product itself. If this is a problem to you, stick it into the refrigerator until it hardens.
In colder climates semi-solid oils will arrive to you in solid form. This is the natural state of the oil and there is nothing wrong. When you are ready to use it, stick the bottle into warm water until it softens or store it in a warmer area.
RETURNS
All of our products are completely handmade and hand packaged. Our natural skin care products are not the same as the products you may buy from your convenience store. Our products are naturally preserved and are in their purest state, therefore we do not accept returns. We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible and we have fully listed all of the ingredients. We want to make sure that you are aware of what you are purchasing, so please take this into consideration.
Our ingredients are purchased as raw materials therefore it is normal if there is a slight difference of color between batches. This is a result of when and where the materials were harvested or seasonal changes resulting in temperature changes and other variables. This does not affect the quality of the product or the properties it may possess.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please inspect packages upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the boxes, report it directly to the shipping service. Leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact the shipping courier to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may assist with your claim.
Please contact us for items that are missing or incorrect within 2 business days from receipt of your package. Do not open any products that you have received in error.

It is up to the customer to read the ingredients, appropriately use our products and follow precaution information for each product. The information on our website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Also, information on our web site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By purchasing and using products by Natural Bliss, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree that you will not hold Natural Bliss liable for any problems that arise from your storage and use of our products.
Products that contains essential oils keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using Natural Bliss products containing essential oils or follow our precaution list on our ingredient page.
Essential oils are highly concentrated and because of their concentrated nature Natural Bliss follows MSDS (material safety data sheets) to determine the hazards and handling requirements of essential oils. Essential oils are always diluted and are never used in pure form in any of our products! However, if redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. If irritation occurs, to stop burning, redness, itching or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area. Do not continue the use of the product. We recommend a patch test before using all skin products. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm.
